The You Cube
This immersive experience blends art, reflection, and guided insight to help you reconnect with who you are, where you’ve been, and the potential of who you are becoming.
Before the event, once registered, you will be asked to provide a few photos of yourself so the elements of your personal cube can be prepared in advance. During the workshop, you will assemble your own six-sided You Cube—a tangible reflection tool designed to help you see your life and identity from new perspectives.
Art has a powerful way of revealing what we often cannot see clearly on our own. It bypasses the noise of the mind and reflects something deeper back to us. Reality reflects the relationship we have with ourselves. The You Cube becomes a mirror for that exploration—inviting curiosity, awareness, and new insight into the many layers of your life, your story, and your evolving identity.
Throughout the experience, Christiana Frank will guide participants through reflective exercises designed to help you connect the pieces of your personal story in meaningful ways and explore new perspectives about who you are and who you are becoming.
